International trade conference to be held in Whitsundays

ONE of Australia’s largest international trade conferences will be held in the Whitsundays next year.

Tourism Australia’s Corroboree Greater China event will be held on Hamilton Island from May 12-15.

Tourism Minister Jann Stuckey said the event would provide an immediate boost to the Whitsundays economy while generating ongoing benefits for the state’s tourism industry.
