a bit about the festival

The Airlie Beach Festival of Music is the only waterfront music festival at the heart of the Great Barrier Reef. Set in the most beautiful tropical location in Australia, the festival offers an entertaining weekend for those who want to throw their cares away and kick back, soak up the setting, listen to quality live music and enjoy friendly people and good times.

Featuring internationally and nationally recognised musicians, festival goers can buy a three day pass and see 74 bands.

Headline acts include famous 70s UK rock band 10cc, American Toni Childs, Scottish singer-songwriter Sandi Thom and many more.
