Ray White Whitsunday receives accolades at Ray White Queensland Awards

By Ray White Whitsunday

Ray White Whitsunday has once again been formally recognised as a leader in the real estate industry, with the agency receiving three awards at last night’s annual Ray White Queensland Awards.

Over 1,200 guests attended the gala awards night, held at Brisbane’s Royal International Convention Centre, which celebrated the achievements of the entire Ray White Queensland network for the 2017-18 financial year.

The Whitsunday team was named the No. 4 Top Office for the number of sales achieved across Ray White’s 150+ Queensland agencies and was also awarded the highest Sales Growth (Regional Office) Award and Clients’ Choice Award, for customer service based on surveys of clients and customers throughout the financial year.

Ray White Whitsunday Principal, Mark Beale, said he was very proud of the agency’s achievements and the awards were a testament to the hard work the Ray White Whitsunday team continued to put into the business.

“We’ve got an extremely dedicated team and these awards further demonstrate our product knowledge and commitment to providing a superior real estate service,” he said.

“The clients choice award is particularly satisfying, because it shows, without a doubt, that our team offers one of the best customer service experiences in the entire Ray White company.

“Despite the impact Cyclone Debbie had on the local property market last year, our sales team delivered some outstanding results in 2017-18, which saw our agency exceed our sales target and increase our market share in our local core area (Cannonvale, Airlie Beach and Jubilee Pocket).”

Recognition of success is important to the Ray White Whitsunday team, with the agency’s reception area proudly displaying over 20 awards received over recent years.

Mr Beale said the agency had consistently received awards at both the state and international Ray White awards over the last 12 years.

“Our growing collection of awards undoubtedly confirms our capacity to deliver results and outstanding customer service.

“Behind our sales team is more than 107 years of combined experience, along with a shared mindset to produce optimal outcomes and positive customer experiences, and this is what I believe positions us for continued success.”

Mr Beale attended the event with two of his administration team members; however, plans to hold a celebratory event with all Ray White Whitsunday staff soon.
