Ray White Whitsunday partners with The Rotary Club of Airlie Beach every year to deliver an inspiring Christmas campaign for disadvantaged children who may need a little extra light in their festive season.
The Little Ray of Giving campaign launches across Australia and New Zealand every year from the 1st of December with Australians being asked to dig deep to put smiles on the faces of some special children in their community.
“The gift drive was a simple way to help put a smile on the face of children and families who may need some extra cheer at this time of year,” said Ray White Whitsunday’s Principal Mark Beale.
“All you need to do is wrap up your present and drop it under the tree in your local Ray White office. Tell the Ray White Whitsunday team if the gift is for a boy or girl, nominate an age group and your gift will be delivered by the team at Rotary to a child who will appreciate the lift to their festive season,” Mark Beale said.
Ray White Whitsunday have a special giving tree in the front of their office from the 1st of December every year to collect gifts for children and families who will be doing it tough this festive season.
“It’s a really simple way to put a smile on the face of a young child who might otherwise go without this Christmas,” Mark Beale said.
“Sometimes just a small gift can make the biggest difference to families who are struggling at an expensive time of year,” he said.
Ray White has run this initiative across Australia and New Zealand each December since 2012. Last year alone almost 15,000 gifts were collected across 320 offices throughout Australia and New Zealand and these were delivered to children in need.
