With over 25 years of experience in property management, Kate’s career journey has taken her from a weekend receptionist in Sydney to senior property management roles across Sydney, Cairns and Airlie Beach. Kate began her career with Ray White in the property management team, gaining experience across all areas of the department.

A proud local for over 15 years, Kate brings a strong understanding of the Airlie Beach community, combined with extensive industry knowledge and hands-on experience.

Throughout her career, she has developed a comprehensive skill set across all aspects of property management, with a strong focus on building positive, long-term relationships between investors, landlords and tenants.

Since joining the Ray White team over nine years ago, Kate has continued to refine her expertise and now specialises in her role as Business Development Manager, a position she finds both rewarding and energising. She stays across local and global market trends and is passionate about keeping her clients well-informed, guiding them with confidence through every stage of property investment and ownership.
