This beautifully renovated, extra-large three bedroom apartment is ideal location positioned between the resort and the marina, overlooking Catseye beach. Poinciana 201 is the ideal private getaway spot with ocean views from the lounge, the master bedroom & the ensuite. The apartment has been furnished beautifully to make your stay comfortable and luxurious. This extra-large three-bedroom apartment has the best position on Hamilton Island offering everything you need for your tropical escape.
Picture yourself on the expansive balcony, relaxing with a glass of champagne at the outdoor setting, while soaking up the magnificent views. There’s also a barbeque on the balcony for outdoor entertaining.

The apartment is completely self-contained, fully air-conditioned and includes a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The kitchen is modern with all stainless appliances and island bench. All crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, linen, bath and pool towels are supplied. The spacious lounge and dining area features a Plasma TV (Austar) and DVD player and opens on to a large balcony with the most sensational views of Catseye Bay. With your own outdoor setting and BBQ you can entertain outdoors as well. To keep you entertained during those quiet moments the apartment has over 100 assorted DVD’s, assorted board games and books.

Sleeping is a dream in the master bedroom, with a king size bed looking out over the bay with your own balcony. There is an ensuite with a “double love shower”, LCD TV (Austar) with a DVD player. The second and third bedrooms have a king size bed or 2 king singles. In each room there is a LCD flat screen TV (Austar) with DVD players. There is a foldaway bed, cot, and highchair and baby bath available. We’ll make sure your holiday runs smoothly, by picking you up and dropping you off at the Airport or Ferry terminal. And so you can explore the island with ease with full use of the complimentary buggy during your stay.

There’s plenty to keep you entertained on Hamilton Island. You have access to all resort facilities including water sports* and the Kids Clownfish Club*. As well as enjoying the resort pools, all guests and residents of these apartments have the use of your own private swimming pool, with spa and BBQ.

Visit the centre of Hamilton Island if you’d like to visit the many retail outlets or check out the dozens of activities available through tour operators. If you want to dine out, there are more than ten restaurants or takeaway outlets, not to mention child-minding and baby-sitting services available. If “eating-in” is your thing then you can shop for groceries at the local supermarket and bakery.

Most credit cards are accepted on the island. There’s an ATM outside the Westpac Bank on the harbour side of the island and EFTPOS facilities are available.
