Originally from a small country town called Melbourne, Paul was introduced to the concept of management rights 23 years ago and relocated, along with his wife Zoe, to the beautiful Whitsundays.

The allure & beauty of the Whitsunday Islands and Airlie Beach, being the mainland gateway to one of the best aquatic playgrounds in the world, was the deciding factor to move to this popular tourism destination.

Paul has a diverse career background working with some well known corporations and many of these encompass the importance of good customer service. Having managed McDonald's stores in Victoria, owning his own Vodafone dealership and running his own property business which involved the purchase, renovation & sale of period homes in suburban Melbourne over a 12 year period, he prides himself on the value of good customer service.
